Bone Specialized Physical Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this full-time role, you will take the lead in providing exceptional care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to establish baseline functional capabilities and determine the most effective treatment strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans, which may include hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education tailored to their specific orthopedic needs.
• Educate patients and their families on at-home care strategies and exercise programs to support recovery and promote lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to enhance interdisciplinary care.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress towards goals while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes throughout the rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. We serve a diverse patient population, from young athletes to seniors requiring rehabilitation post-surgery. Your role will significantly influence their recovery trajectory and quality of life through dedicated care and expertise.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• An active and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly dealing with orthopedic conditions.
• Proficient understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy, common injuries, and rehabilitation protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families as well as collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with manual therapy techniques, modalities for pain management, and adaptive therapies.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in orthopedic rehabilitation and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 120,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide:
