Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client evaluations, utilizing advanced assessment tools to identify individual needs and determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that encompass therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and education on self-management practices.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, guiding patients through exercises and corrective movements to enhance their mobility and strength.
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and lifestyle changes that promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to review patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of patient records and treatment progress, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Preferred Experience
