In this full-time role, you will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of life of our patients through expert physical therapy services. Work Environment

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation facility, you will work primarily onsite in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Our facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and modalities tailored for orthopedic rehabilitation. The structure of our work setting enables a hands-on approach to patient care, allowing for engaging interactions and comprehensive treatment plans. The full-time schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a great work-life balance while dedicating your skills to helping patients heal.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate personalized physical therapy treatment plans for patients, focusing on regaining mobility and reducing pain.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capacities using diagnostic assessments related to muscle, nerve, and joint functions.
• Implement manual therapeutic exercises and instruct patients on non-manual exercises tailored to individual rehabilitation goals.
• Effectively administer various treatment modalities, including traction and massage, to promote healing.
• Evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices, recommending necessary modifications based on patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and those seeking preventative care. This role demands creating tailored pathways that address various physical challenges and enhance mobility, aiding individuals of all ages in achieving their physical health goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic settings, with familiarity in outpatient therapy environments.
• Proven expertise in orthopedic assessment, treatment techniques, and patient-centered care planning.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills critical for effective patient interaction and treatment outcomes.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems to document patient information and track progress.

Preferred Experience

• Specialized certification in an area such as orthopedics or sports therapy is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with advanced therapeutic modalities, including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and biomechanical assessments.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses. In addition to attractive monetary compensation, our benefits package includes:
