Comfort Care Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our committed team in Coral Springs, Florida. Work Environment

The ideal candidate will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility from Monday to Friday, with regular hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technology to enhance patient treatment plans, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and rehabilitation needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that address their unique conditions.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions and methodologies, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve patients' motion and manage pain effectively.
• Monitor and document patient progress in a systematic manner, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Design and implement fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient needs, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and functional mobility.
• Educate patients and their families about their treatment protocols, promoting understanding and commitment to their rehabilitation journey.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to create a seamless continuum of care for our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves patients with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Comfort Care, you will work with a diverse patient demographic, from young athletes to older adults requiring mobility assistance. Your empathetic approach and tailored treatment plans will play a crucial role in helping them regain their functional abilities and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution and an active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Two (2) years of relevant work experience in a clinical setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to devise individualized treatment strategies that meet diverse patient needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to provide compassionate care and educate patients effectively.
• Current knowledge of advanced physical therapy techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred, with exposure to a variety of orthopedic conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate patient documentation and streamline workflow.

Compensation and Benefits
