The Holistic Health PT Clinic in Coral Springs, Florida is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. This full-time role, located within our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, focuses on providing exceptional care to patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions. Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our modern Rehabilitation Center, equipped with cutting-edge technology and rehabilitation tools designed to enhance treatment effectiveness. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals in a team-oriented environment, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' needs to establish realistic and achievable therapeutic goals.
• Manage a caseload of patients, dedicating one hour of focused treatment per individual session.
• Deliver a variety of treatment interventions, focusing on enhancing patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Develop and implement thorough care plans incorporating diverse therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.
• Educate patients on therapeutic techniques and lifestyle modifications that will support their recovery and long-term health.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, documenting progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Utilize EMR software, such as WebPT, to maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Foster a supportive therapeutic environment that motivates patients throughout their healing journey.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive and effective patient care.
• Encourage preventative measures through patient education, promoting healthy lifestyles and injury prevention.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with outpatient clients dealing with orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Our patient demographic largely consists of individuals with private insurance, contributing to a diverse and dynamic caseload that allows for a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• No history of disciplinary actions or board violations on your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Experience with patient motivation techniques and lifestyle education.

Compensation and Benefits
