Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our Coral Springs rehabilitation facility, where team collaboration is key. You will be part of a supportive environment, sharing knowledge and best practices with fellow physical therapists and other healthcare professionals. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, allowing for a predictable, balanced work schedule conducive to maintaining professional and personal wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand each patient's individual goals and requirements, crafting specific treatment strategies to meet those needs.
• Manage a dedicated caseload, providing one-on-one therapy sessions and ensuring optimal personal attention for each client.
• Implement a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programs, tailored to improve range of motion and functional mobility.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare colleagues to ensure comprehensive patient care and understanding of interdisciplinary approaches.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously, evaluating treatment outcomes and adjusting care plans as needed.
• Encourage lifestyle changes that promote strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination to enhance overall patient health.
• Motivate and support patients through their rehabilitation journey to maximize their recovery potential.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Rebound Physiotherapy Services, you will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Your expertise will help guide patients through their rehabilitation process, which may include those recovering from joint replacements, sports injuries, or post-operative care.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no records of disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and fitness program design.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT, is preferred for streamlined documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Skills in alternative treatments and reduction strategies for pain management, aiming to decrease reliance on medications.
• Experience in developing and executing wellness programs tailored to varied patient demographics.

Compensation and Benefits
