Work Environment

The work setting is an onsite outpatient office located in Coral Springs, Florida. You will be part of a supportive team environment that promotes collaborative healthcare practices. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, offering a structured work schedule that supports work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' goals, needs, and limitations.
• Treat 2-3 patients per hour using tailored treatment plans incorporating various therapeutic modalities.
• Implement cost-effective interventions that enhance patient mobility and function, thereby reducing reliance on medications or surgical alternatives.
• Develop individualized care plans utilizing diverse treatment techniques, adjusting approaches as necessary based on patient progress.
• Incorporate fitness and wellness-oriented programs aimed at helping patients achieve their specific health objectives.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care, employing proven methods to assess and address patients' physical impairments.
• Actively motivate patients throughout their sessions, encouraging participation and commitment to their rehabilitation.
• Foster a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination among patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a well-rounded treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
• No disciplinary actions on record related to the physical therapy license.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number or the ability to acquire one upon employment.
• Proficient manual therapy skills and exercise prescription knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software such as WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting, showcasing a proven track record of effective patient care.
• Experience in developing and implementing holistic treatment strategies targeting mobility and injury prevention.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
