Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will involve:

• Providing individualized treatment to 1-2 patients each hour, employing evidence-based techniques.
• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilizing a blend of manual therapy techniques and functional exercises to promote optimal recovery.
• Monitoring patient progress diligently, making real-time adjustments to treatment strategies as needed to meet specific rehabilitation goals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with established guidelines and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility primarily serves an orthopedic clientele, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will engage with a diverse range of patients of varying ages and activity levels, all seeking to regain their strength, mobility, and overall health. Your expertise will directly impact their rehabilitation journey, helping them achieve meaningful improvements in their physical function and quality of life.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active Florida Physical Therapy license.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic care.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in advanced orthopedic rehabilitation techniques, sports therapy, or familiarity with contemporary physical therapy technologies and practices will be favored. Compensation and Benefits
