Vita Flex Therapeutics is actively seeking a dedicated, full-time Physical Therapist to enhance our outpatient rehabilitation team in Coral Springs, Florida. Work Environment

This role is primarily based in our Coral Springs outpatient office, where you will work alongside a team of licensed therapists and support staff in a dynamic and patient-centered setting. The clinic offers modern facilities equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional flexibility required to meet patient needs or support clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a licensed Physical Therapist at Vita Flex Therapeutics, your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that target patient-specific mobility, strength, and functional improvements.
• Providing direct patient care through guided therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and mobility training.
• Educating patients about body mechanics, safe exercise practices, and developing home exercise programs tailored to their rehabilitation goals.
• Administering therapeutic modalities, including electrical stimulation and ultrasound, to enhance treatment efficacy under the supervision of senior therapists.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress meticulously, including maintaining records of strength, range of motion, and overall improvements.
• Preparing treatment spaces and ensuring medical equipment is sterilized and ready for usage to optimize therapy sessions.
• Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including Occupational and Speech Therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Providing consistent support and encouragement to patients, fostering a nurturing environment that motivates them through their rehabilitation journey.
• Adhering to all ethical standards and maintaining patient privacy in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied patient demographic, including children, seniors, and athletes. Your patient interactions will often require you to be sensitive to diverse backgrounds and rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a related field or setting is required.

Preferred Experience

• Clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
