Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions to understand their specific needs.
• Determine diagnoses of movement dysfunction and collaborate with patients to create personalized treatment plans that address their unique goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including exercise techniques, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery and functional independence.
• Guide patients in effectively using assistive devices such as wheelchairs and walkers to enhance mobility and safety.
• Monitor patient progress consistently by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on measurable outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing recommendations for in-home exercises and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring that comprehensive care is delivered and all team members have access to necessary patient information.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
