Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical limitations and challenges upon their initial visit, assessing their mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and education, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health and wellness.
• Collaborate with referring physicians to review treatment efficacy, providing recommendations regarding the continuation or adjustment of therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of each patient visit in compliance with departmental policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and engage in case discussions to enhance care quality and sharing of successful methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population consists of individuals recovering from various medical conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, geriatric mobility issues, and chronic pain syndromes. You will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improving their quality of life through tailored intervention strategies.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's or Doctorate in the field is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with a healthcare team.
• A strong commitment to patient care, demonstrating empathy, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
