Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each patient's physical abilities and limitations to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their individual needs.
• Administer personalized interventions including manual exercises, modalities such as massage or traction, and therapeutic techniques aimed at relieving pain, enhancing strength, and preventing further injury.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and approaches as necessary to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Effectively communicate with patients and their families, providing education on treatment goals, rehabilitation processes, and home exercise programs.
• Document each treatment session meticulously within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including occupational therapists and physicians, to deliver comprehensive care and facilitate optimal patient recovery.
• Prepare patients for discharge from therapy upon achieving established goals, while coordinating follow-up care and referrals to other health services as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license issued by the Florida State Board of Physical Therapy.
• Completion of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with your level of experience and caseload management.
