Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' medical records and physical health, tailoring assessments to fully understand their specific rehabilitation needs and history.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, modalities, and education based on each patient's individual goals.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy methods like trigger point therapy and dry needling, to enhance recovery and reduce pain.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics and at-home rehabilitation exercises, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards within the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will work closely with a diverse group of individuals ranging from athletes to senior citizens, each with unique rehabilitation goals and challenges. Your ability to empathize and communicate effectively with patients will be crucial in building trust and promoting adherence to treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, reflective of your experience and contributions.
