Work Environment

You will work in a welcoming and collaborative outpatient office environment alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and technologies, offering an ideal setting for administering innovative therapies. Working onsite, you will engage directly with patients, providing them with the personal care and attention they need to recover effectively. Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to identify patients' physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities based on best practices in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Guide patients through specific rehabilitation exercises, ensuring they perform them safely and effectively to maximize mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate records of their treatment history and outcomes.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, exercise principles, and preventive measures to support ongoing health and wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians, physiatrists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on patients experiencing a range of orthopedic issues, including but not limited to joint replacements, sports injuries, tendonitis, and back pain. You will be instrumental in helping individuals of all ages regain their functional mobility and improve their quality of life. By employing a patient-centered approach, you will build meaningful relationships with your clients, understanding their unique circumstances and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Hold a current and active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the field, specifically dealing with orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based treatment strategies, rehabilitation techniques, and orthopedic practices.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with patients and communicate complex information in an understandable manner.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in utilizing modern rehabilitation technologies and modalities, including therapeutic ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Familiarity with orthopedic protocols and post-operative care specific to various surgical interventions.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient outcomes in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
