Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical movement, strength, and pain levels, which will help in the creation of individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals.
• Implement hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and movement-based rehabilitation, to facilitate patients' recovery and enhance their quality of life.
• Maintain a focused and low-volume caseload, allowing for deeper connections with patients and better outcomes as you spend quality time building rapport and trust.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and industry regulations while facilitating transparent communication.
• Make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback and response to therapy, showcasing a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will primarily consist of orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. As such, you will play a crucial role in helping clients regain mobility, strength, and confidence. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) is required.
• Must possess an active Physical Therapy license valid in the state of Florida.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, allowing for the development of efficient and effective treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
