Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical needs, limitations, and rehabilitation potentials.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient-centered goals, taking into account the latest evidence-based practices.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and ultrasound therapy, to enhance recovery and alleviate pain.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plan to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises, proper body mechanics, and preventive measures to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily working with adults who are undergoing rehabilitation after orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Our diverse patient population ranges from post-operative patients seeking recovery to active individuals aiming to regain full function. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Must possess or be eligible for an active Physical Therapist license in Florida.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, depending on experience.
