Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with medical professionals and members of the interdisciplinary team to assess patient history and needs, ensuring all aspects of care are aligned.
• Manage clinical outcomes by consistently monitoring progress and addressing any complex or outlier cases with fellow therapists.
• Streamline clinical workflows to maximize patient engagement, facilitate processing of referrals, and optimize scheduling systems.
• Design and implement comprehensive therapy plans with a focus on early intervention and same-day evaluations, ensuring swift and effective treatment.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and re-evaluations, demonstrating clinical accuracy and interpreting results well within your scope of licensure.
• Maintain meticulous records through appropriate chart reviews and data collection to support ongoing patient assessments and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, chronic pain, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
