Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and overall health status to develop detailed treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Employ clinical judgment to implement appropriate therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to optimize patient recovery.
• Maintain proactive and supportive communication with patients, ensuring they understand their treatment goals, progress, and home exercise programs.
• Adapt treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and progress, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and reinforce rehabilitation strategies within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Qualifications

• Valid Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills to adapt treatments for optimal patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
