Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, allowing our Physical Therapists to engage directly with patients in their home environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and formulate personalized rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a caseload effectively, typically treating one patient per hour, ensuring focused and individualized care.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including hands-on techniques and exercise regimens, to promote recovery.
• Develop customized treatment plans that factor in patients' unique lifestyles, conditions, and personal goals.
• Implement fitness and wellness programs aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on evaluation outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions, treatments provided, and advancements made.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle by educating patients about the importance of ongoing physical activity and recovery strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing team training or discussions on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We cater to a diverse group of patients, primarily focusing on those undergoing rehabilitation after orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate (DPT) is preferred.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• No disciplinary actions or complaints on professional record.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques, essential for patient-oriented treatment.
• Strong analytical skills, allowing for the effective development and execution of exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with EMR Software, notably WebPT, to ensure efficient record-keeping and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Experience in developing community outreach programs or patient education workshops.
• A proven track record of improving patient outcomes through innovative treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
