Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for each patient to determine their specific needs and design customized treatment programs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at restoring function and mobility.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain open lines of communication with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members regarding treatment plans, progress updates, and any challenges encountered during therapy.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and health strategies they can implement at home to aid recovery.
• Document treatment sessions, outcomes, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on treating a diverse patient population, primarily individuals with orthopedic issues, including but not limited to post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and age-related physical limitations. You will develop a depth of understanding of each patient's unique circumstances, fostering trust and open communication to encourage compliance and motivation during their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• A strong dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
