Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities and outline specific treatment needs based on their individual conditions.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, to effectively address physical impairments.
• Monitor and document patient progress consistently, providing clear communication about changes in their health status and treatment effectiveness.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining physical health post-treatment.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, sharing insights and updates to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer care in compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining professional standards throughout all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and aging adults requiring assistance in regaining their mobility and independence. Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits
