Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our Pembroke Pines facility, where we maintain a modern and welcoming outpatient office equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and technology. The clinic atmosphere is designed to encourage communication, teamwork, and professional growth. You will enjoy a consistent schedule, working from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which allows for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment sessions to 1–2 patients per hour, ensuring tailored care that meets specific rehabilitation needs.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify functional limitations and establish comprehensive treatment strategies aimed at improving orthopedic health.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual techniques and movement-based exercises, designed to strengthen and rehabilitate patients.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to fully achieve set goals and maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical guidelines, facilitating effective communication with team members and other healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with an orthopedic clientele, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions affecting mobility. You will engage with a diverse patient demographic, providing care that is tailored to each individual's unique physical capabilities and health objectives. Your contributions will significantly enhance our patients' lives by improving their functionality and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) preferred).
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Strong foundational knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation principles and practices.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy, particularly within an orthopedic setting.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective treatment plans that meet diverse patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits
