Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of each patient, ensuring that they are tailored to address a diverse range of orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Utilize cutting-edge software and assessment tools to objectively measure and track patient outcomes, facilitating data-driven modifications to treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate and efficient documentation of evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Engage in regular assessments of patient progress by interpreting relevant data, which allows for timely adjustments to care plans based on age-specific and condition-specific requirements.
• Adhere to department protocols that govern the delivery of care, guaranteeing a high standard of service and patient safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your empathetic approach will help empower patients from a variety of backgrounds and ages to achieve their rehabilitation goals, thereby improving their quality of life and functionality.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited program in physical therapy is required.
• Candidates must possess a current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida, with a temporary permit being acceptable.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Healthcare Provider certification is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, previous work in an orthopedic setting is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits

• We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
