Comfort Care Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to enhance our team. Work Environment

As part of our outpatient rehabilitation facility, you will work onsite with a diverse group of healthcare professionals in a supportive and engaging environment. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that meets the needs of our staff. You will have direct access to state-of-the-art equipment and other resources designed to enhance patient recovery and therapist efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and challenges, developing tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving their individual rehabilitation goals.
• Employ therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities to enhance motion and mobility, effectively reducing dependence on medications and lowering the likelihood of surgical interventions.
• Create and implement evidence-based care plans utilizing a variety of treatment approaches that are informed by the latest research and clinical guidelines.
• Design and facilitate fitness and wellness programs that cater specifically to the unique needs of each patient, promoting long-term health and prevention strategies.
• Provide high-caliber patient care that emphasizes personalized attention and utilizes best practices to foster recovery and improved physical function.
• Motivate patients to adopt healthy lifestyles by focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, ensuring a well-rounded approach to their rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic rehabilitation, treating individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgical procedures, and chronic conditions affecting movement. You will engage with a richly diverse population, tailoring your approach to accommodate various backgrounds, lifestyles, and personal health goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• A proactive, adaptive mindset with the ability to integrate new clinical practices and innovative treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining accurate patient records and monitoring therapy progress.
• Knowledge of specific rehabilitation techniques and tools relevant to orthopedic care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
