Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans based on specific diagnoses and functional goals.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and promote recovery in patients dealing with orthopedic issues.
• Educate patients and their families on tailored exercise programs, wellness strategies, and proper postoperative care to ensure long-term recovery and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions, adjusting plans as necessary to reflect patient needs and regulatory compliance.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily support patients recovering from a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Your expertise will be critical in helping patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence in their bodies, contributing to their overall quality of life. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited physical therapy curriculum (Master's degree preferred).
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
