Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by their physicians to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will focus primarily on orthopedic patients, delivering tailored rehabilitation therapy designed to address specific conditions ranging from joint replacements to sports injuries. Your role is crucial in helping each patient regain functionality and return to their personal activities, with a strong emphasis on building rapport and encouraging their active participation in their recovery.

Qualifications

• A valid state license in Physical Therapy and a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by APTA or CAPTE.
• Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to patients and team members.
• Proficient in word processing, data management, and electronic medical record systems.

Compensation and Benefits
