Outside Sales Representative (New Construction Specialist)

Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, emphasis on Fortune500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position which will focus on growing our new construction business. The main customers will be architects, developers, contractors, etc. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory. Position will have 1 day in the Denver office with 4 days in the field. Location and Travel This opportunity provides a work phone, laptop, car allowance program, and uncapped commission. Responsibilities Grow existing accounts Prospect and secure new customers Introduce new products to the territory Develop solid territory business plans and cover them daily Qualifications 4‑year degree Minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Skilled at building productive business relationships Good mechanical aptitude Knowledge of territory and its customer base Compensation The hiring range for this position in Denver, Colorado is $76,600.00 – $114,950.00 per year based on a 40‑hour work week. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, disability, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and PTO/vacation.
