Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing established evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused interventions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and execute tailored client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and therapeutic support groups, promoting community engagement and awareness of mental health issues.

• Engage in crisis intervention and develop risk assessment strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of clients during critical situations.

• Maintain strict compliance with ethical and legal documentation standards while ensuring timely record-keeping of client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily serve individuals facing various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related stresses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive sign-on bonus.
