Role Description This is a full-time role based in Indianapolis, IN, for an HVAC Service Technician. Key responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, executing repair and replacement projects, and providing high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. The technician will work independently or as part of a team to optimize the performance of HVAC systems and maintain operational excellence at client facilities. Qualifications Experience in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system issues. Proficiency in maintenance and repair tasks, including preventive maintenance to ensure long-term system performance. Commitment to customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery. Possession of EPA certification or equivalent credentials for handling HVAC systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently or collaboratively on-site in Indianapolis, IN. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in HVAC systems are a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel between job sites.
