Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location as a Front Desk Officer in an armed post, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor the lobby, and support security-related operations with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon – 11:59 PM - 08:00 AM, Fri – 11:59 PM - 08:00 AM, Sat – 11:59 PM - 08:00 AM, Sun – 11:59 PM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following site-specific policies, access procedures, and front desk protocols at a financial services location. Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or visitor information, and help to support authorized entry in accordance with security-related procedures. Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels when appropriate. Answer phones, direct guests, and maintain accurate visitor logs, badges, and/or arrival records while supporting daily front desk operations. Observe the front desk area for unusual activity and help to deter disruptions by reporting concerns promptly and following emergency response activities when needed. Minimum Requirements Level III Armed Guard Card is required in Texas only. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
