Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Daytime: Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by following site‑specific procedures, monitoring access activity, and supporting security‑related protocols for a financial services location. Greet visitors, employees, and vendors, verify identification and/or appointment details, and help direct authorized individuals according to location procedures. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Maintain detailed front desk logs, visitor records, and other required documentation, and report security‑related concerns or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Monitor entrances, lobby activity, alarms, and communication systems from a stationary post to help deter unauthorized access and support orderly operations. Minimum Requirements: A Level III Armed Guard Card is required for Texas only. Access control and badge experience is preferred. An armed guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years old. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
