As a Home Health Aide (HHA) with Right at Home Cleveland West, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while working independently to deliver exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, personalized care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companion care as needed
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and franchisees to ensure seamless support

Requirements:

• Ability to provide compassionate care to seniors and vulnerable adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)

Work Environment:

As a Home Health Aide with Right at Home Cleveland West, you will work independently in clients' homes, providing care and support in a warm and welcoming environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and personalities.
