Familiar with Medicaid programs
Familiar with checking for Medicaid using NC Tracks, Passport or Real Time Eligibility
Assist with walk-ins that would like to discuss financial assistance eligibility
Review and recommend approval or denials on Financial Assistance Applications
Contacting patients by phone in pursuit of collections of high dollar self-pay accounts
