Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Bilingual Receptionist/ Admin in Dallas, TX to support daily office operations. The role includes answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, performing heavy data entry using public records and the company’s insurance management system, and managing email communication through Microsoft Outlook. Additional responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing mail, keeping the office organized and stocked, and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Prior office or customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
