Hotel Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced and service-focused Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our full-service hotel. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops high-performing teams, and is passionate about hospitality. Responsibilities: What You'll Do Oversee the day-to-day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other operational departments as assigned. Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and responding promptly to guest concerns. Partner with department leaders to achieve operational, financial, and guest satisfaction goals. Monitor labor costs, scheduling, productivity, and departmental expenses. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards. Coach, mentor, and develop department managers and team members to foster engagement and accountability. Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and all federal, state, and local regulations. Analyze operational reports and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as scheduled, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications: 3+ years of hotel management experience in a full-service hotel preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage. Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
