Florida ENT and Allergy, a division of ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida, is currently seeking a full-time Practice Development & Marketing Coordinator. Our practice provides comprehensive general and subspeciality ENT medical and surgical care within the convenience of one medical group. Patient care is our top concern, and because we can provide both diagnosis and rehabilitative services, our patients know they can depend on our team for all their needs. Florida ENT and Allergy is a 13-location division of ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida with offices in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties.This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly organized, creative, analytical, and technology-savvy individual who wants to grow with a rapidly expanding healthcare organization. This role combines marketing, practice development, communications, graphic design, technology, data analysis, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, solves problems, and looks for ways to make things better. We are looking for someone who can grow into increasing responsibility as our organization continues to expand. What You'll DoSupport marketing and practice development initiatives that help grow the organization and improve the patient and referring-provider experience.Coordinate marketing initiatives in collaboration with our marketing company and outside vendors.Support digital marketing, social media, website content, online reputation, and brand initiatives.Assist with physician referral and community outreach initiatives.Create and update marketing materials, flyers, presentations, graphics, signage, and other visual communications.Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining forms, templates, documents, and other materials used throughout the organization.Support new office openings, organizational initiatives, special projects, and other growth-related activities.Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, tracking tools, dashboards, and other resources to support decision-making.Analyze data and identify trends and opportunities that can improve marketing performance, referral growth, and practice operations.Assist with project coordination, budgets, vendor communication, and deadlines.Support internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and company events.Help identify and implement technology, AI, and process-improvement solutions that increase efficiency.Assist with online reputation management and maintaining a consistent brand across locations.Work with leadership and various departments to support organizational priorities and special projects.What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is:Organized and detail-orientedCreative and comfortable with graphic designAnalytical and comfortable working with dataHighly proficient in Microsoft ExcelTechnology-savvy and quick to learn new systemsA strong written and verbal communicatorA creative problem solver who takes initiativeComfortable managing multiple projects and competing prioritiesAble to work independently while collaborating with leadership and team membersAdaptable and comfortable in a growing organizationInterested in taking on additional responsibility and growing professionallySkills & Experience Experience or proficiency in the following is highly valued:Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reporting, data analysis, and dashboardsMicrosoft Office and Google WorkspaceGraphic design and visual content creationMarketing and digital communicationsWebsite and social media platformsData reporting and analyticsCRM or healthcare software systemsProject management toolsDocument and form creationAI and technology toolsProcess improvement and workflow developmentHealthcare or medical practice experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has the right combination of skills, initiative, and willingness to learn. Growth Opportunity This position is designed for someone who wants to grow with the organization. As Florida E.N.T. & Allergy continues to expand, the responsibilities of this role will evolve.
