Our marketing team supports Draxord's brand, business development, acquisitions, investor communications and capital formation initiatives through professional, accurate and consistent marketing content. We are seeking an organized, creative and execution-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Tampa office. Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing Draxord Group's marketing calendar and coordinating the content, campaigns and sales‑enablement materials required to support the company's brand, business development and capital formation activities. This is a hands‑on coordination role combining content creation, digital marketing, campaign execution, project management and internal collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to turn technical, financial and real estate information into clear and professional marketing content. Key Responsibilities Maintain and execute the company's marketing and editorial calendar. Coordinate social media, email campaigns, articles, newsletters and company announcements. Prepare and update presentations, one‑pagers, brochures and approved sales and investor‑facing materials. Assist with creating content for Draxord's real estate investment and asset management activities. Coordinate graphic design, photography, video and website production resources. Create and update marketing assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe or similar platforms. Build and maintain landing pages, forms and campaign workflows in HubSpot or connected marketing platforms. Support webinars, events, partnerships and investor‑education initiatives. Coordinate marketing campaigns across appropriate digital and social channels. Track leads, campaign performance, engagement and other relevant marketing metrics. Maintain accurate campaign and contact information within HubSpot or other approved systems. Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management. Support the sales and business‑development teams with approved marketing materials. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure marketing deliverables are completed on schedule. Maintain consistent branding, formatting and messaging across company materials. Review content for accuracy, consistency and professionalism before submission for approval. Maintain organized digital files, marketing assets, templates and brand resources. Perform other reasonable marketing and administrative duties related to the position as assigned Qualifications Preferred Experience Approximately one to three years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, content marketing, communications, demand generation or a related field preferred. Experience working in a professional services, real estate, finance or investment environment is an asset. Skills Strong written communication and content‑development skills. Strong organizational and project‑management abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to convert technical or complex information into clear, professional content. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and growing organization. Technology Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: HubSpot or comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms Canva Adobe Creative Cloud LinkedIn and other social media platforms Microsoft 365 Email marketing platforms Content‑management or website platforms Digital advertising and campaign‑management tools Candidates are not required to have experience with every platform listed above. Preferred Background Interest or experience in the following areas is considered an asset: Commercial or multifamily real estate Real estate investment Finance Investor communications Digital marketing Content production Business‑to‑business marketing Language Professional proficiency in English is required for day‑to‑day business communications Compensation The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $48,000–$55,000 per year, depending on relevant experience, qualifications and skills. The employee may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary company‑wide annual performance bonus program, subject to company policies and applicable program terms. This position is classified as non‑exempt and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable federal and Florida law. Work Environment This is an on‑site position in Draxord Group's Tampa, Florida office. The position primarily involves computer‑based work, digital marketing activities, meetings and collaboration with internal team members and external service providers.
