MARKETING COORDINATOR
Are you a detail-oriented storyteller with a passion for design and strategy? At Mancini, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help create well-crafted and compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that showcase our work and win exciting new opportunities. You’ll collaborate with Partners, studio leaders, consultants, and the marketing team to bring pursuits to life through strong writing, organization, and visual communication. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling multiple deadlines, and have an eye for layout and graphic design, we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For
A highly organized and collaborative marketer with 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the AEC industry. You’re a strong writer with excellent project management skills and a keen attention to detail. You’re comfortable managing proposals from start to finish, communicating across teams, and balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help shape the voice and visual identity of Mancini through strategic, creative, and polished marketing materials. Your day-to-day includes:

• Managing the full RFP/RFQ process from kickoff through submission 
• Coordinating proposal content, resumes, project sheets, and consultant materials 
• Designing and producing presentations, portfolios, and qualifications packages 
• Collaborating with the graphic design team to create visually compelling marketing materials 
• Producing creative award submissions for projects and staff 
• Assisting with the maintenance of project information, consultant contacts, and marketing databases 
• Supporting firmwide marketing initiatives, campaigns, and business development pursuits 
• Working closely with Partners, studio teams, and consultants to gather and organize information efficiently
