Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our marketing initiatives align with our overall business goals.

- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build community.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally 2+ years.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CMS and CRM.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
