Compensation: $25-$30 hourly- Salary depending on experience level

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized  Nightclub Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our nightlife venue. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality and entertainment, and the ability to create an exceptional guest experience while maintaining efficient and profitable operations.

The Nightclub Manager will be responsible for leading staff, coordinating entertainment and events, managing guest relations, overseeing venue operations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage nightly operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate bartenders, servers, hosts, security, and other venue staff.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience and respond professionally to customer concerns.
• Oversee VIP guests, table reservations, bottle service, and special events.
• Work closely with DJs, performers, promoters, and entertainment partners.
• Monitor sales, inventory, labor costs, and operating expenses.
• Help develop promotions, events, and strategies to increase revenue and customer traffic.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, service, and hospitality.
• Coordinate with security to maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health and safety regulations, occupancy requirements, and company policies.
• Handle operational issues quickly and effectively during busy periods.
• Prepare operational and sales reports for ownership/upper management.
• Build positive relationships with employees, vendors, entertainers, and guests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a nightclub, bar, lounge, restaurant, hotel, or comparable hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong understanding of nightlife operations, guest service, and beverage service.
• Experience managing high-volume operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of local alcohol-service and safety regulations is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
