Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Maryland State SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans tailored to student needs

• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain thorough records of evaluations, progress, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
