HR Operations Associate
Location: Overland Park, KS
Schedule: Onsite, 5 Days per Week
Pay Rate: $29.72/hour
Contract Position - Peak Season
Work Authorization: Green Card Holders Required

Position Summary

Company is seeking an HR Operations Associate to support a large-scale personnel records digitization and file management project. This role is responsible for preparing, scanning, organizing, auditing, and securely maintaining HR records while ensuring compliance with confidentiality, records retention, and information security standards.

This is a hands-on, onsite position requiring strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment. The selected candidate may also assist with additional HR Support Center activities and projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, scan, and review physical and electronic HR records for completeness, accuracy, and legibility
• Upload, organize, name, and maintain documents within approved electronic storage systems, including SharePoint
• Use PeopleSoft and other internal resources to verify employee information and determine appropriate record locations
• Audit digitized records, identify discrepancies, make corrections, and support secure document destruction processes
• Organize, inventory, box, and relocate physical personnel files as required
• Track completed work and maintain accurate project documentation
• Handle confidential employee information in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Meet established productivity and quality standards
• Support additional HR operations, administrative, and project-related activities as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Green Card Holder
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes and procedures
• Comfortable working onsite five days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with document scanning, records management, filing, data entry, administrative support, or high-volume processing environments
• HR, shared services, customer service, or case management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with SharePoint and HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, or SuccessFactors
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately
• Interest in growing knowledge and experience within HR operations
