HR Generalist

Touchstone Communities is seeking an HR Generalist to support our Human Resources & Talent Management team across our senior living and long-term care communities in Texas. In this role, you will manage full-cycle HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. You'll partner closely with leaders and caregivers to foster a family-oriented, compassionate culture that supports quality resident care. Ideal candidates bring strong HR fundamentals, working knowledge of healthcare employment regulations, and experience with HRIS systems. Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders in senior living and long-term care communities on staffing, employee relations, and engagement.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Administer benefits, leaves of absence, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Texas healthcare employment regulations and company policies.
• Coach supervisors on performance management, corrective actions, and retention strategies.
• Support culture initiatives that reinforce Touchstone's family-oriented, compassionate care values.
• Investigate and document employee concerns, recommending fair and consistent solutions.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and support workforce planning.
