Performance Kia 4225 Birney Ave Moosic, PA 18507 Great position for anyone looking for about 30 hours a week. HOURS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS AND WILL ALTERNATE: WEEK 1: M, T, W, THURS, FRI 1PM-7PM WEEK 2: M, T, W, F 1PM-7PM AND EVERY OTHER SATURDAY 8-5 Summary/Objective Operates multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel by performing the following duties. Some computer skills, phone skills, Cashiering skills. Additional training will be provided. Essential Functions Retrieves messages and forwards to appropriate personnel. Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department. Takes and delivers messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable. Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Updates appointment calendars. Receives payments VIA cash, check, credit and reconciles cash drawer. Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes. Takes payments for services and products. Addresses all customers with politeness. Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to fill in other shifts if need be and work holidays. Certain specified holidays as well as evening and weekend work will be required as job duties demand.
