WHAT YOU'LL DO Drive kitchen operations that are consistent, efficient, and always guest-first Lead menu development and culinary innovation that reflects our brand's standards Build and develop a high-performing culinary team through hands-on coaching and mentorship Own food cost management, inventory control, and vendor relationships Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards without exception Contribute to brand presence using our tech-forward systems — scheduling platforms, cloud-based tools, and social media Champion the Lib's core values on the floor, every shift WHAT YOU BRING 5+ years of kitchen leadership experience Flexible availability including evenings and weekends Comfort with modern kitchen tech and operational tools Ability to lift and carry 10–55 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus WHAT WE OFFER Competitive compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually Real leadership development and growth opportunities within a multi-location group A team and culture you'll genuinely want to show up for OUR CORE VALUES These aren't posted on a wall — they're how we work every day.
