Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Skilled Laborer with experience managing small teams and construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a balanced mix of hands-on work and supervisory duties, including crew supervision, site management, and equipment operation. Local travel is required, and a valid driver's license is essential for transportation between sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise small crews of 1-5 workers
- Manage day-to-day site operations ensuring efficiency and safety
- Coordinate tasks and workflow among team members
- Operate standard construction machinery as needed
- Maintain clear communication among crew and management
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in skilled labor roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for local site travel
- Proven crew leadership and site management skills
- Basic machinery operation knowledge
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Effective time management skills
