CNC Operator Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 20.00 to $ 24.00 / hour
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm)

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and calibrate equipment to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine measurements and machining requirements.
• Perform routine quality checks using gauges, calipers, and measuring tools.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all company safety procedures.

CNC Operator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2+ years of experience operating CNC or production machinery.
• Strong understanding of machine operation, setup, and basic maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as gauges and calipers.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail; ability to follow safety procedures.
