• Translate blueprints, drawings, and specifications into accurate fabrication plans.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding alongside core metal fabrication tasks.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, selecting precise parameters for different materials.
• Inspect and test welds to confirm they meet required quality and specification criteria.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to streamline work and resolve obstacles.
• Help upskill junior team members through on‑the‑job training.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational welding/fabrication training is a plus.
• Demonstrated welder/fabricator experience with a portfolio of completed work.
• Broad proficiency in welding processes and strong familiarity with fabrication practices.
• Detail‑first mindset and dedication to quality workmanship.
• Ability to excel independently and in a team within a fast‑moving environment.
• Creative, proactive problem‑solver.
• Welding certification preferred but not required.
