Job Summary We are seeking a Bilingual French CSR for a temp-to-hire customer support opportunity in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented customer service professional who is fluent in French and English and enjoys helping customers while maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced insurance environment. As a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative, you will support inbound customer calls, email correspondence, outbound verification calls, and data entry within an insurance tracking system. This is a service-focused role with no outbound sales or cold calling required. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls, answer questions, and resolve customer issues in a professional and helpful manner. Make outbound calls to insurance agents and brokers to verify and confirm information. Respond to customer inquiries and requests through clear, accurate email correspondence. Enter, update, and review information in an insurance tracking system with a high level of accuracy. Review customer and account information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with process requirements. Perform administrative support tasks and contribute to a positive, service-focused team environment. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour. Job type: Temp-to-hire.
