Trabajador de mantenimiento de áreas exteriores
Salario inicial de $15/hora ¿Por qué no trabajar al aire libre en lugar de estar sentado tras un escritorio o aburriéndose todo el día? En Nebraska Crossing, buscamos a una persona responsable y detallista para el mantenimiento de áreas exteriores, encargada de preservar el atractivo visual y la seguridad de nuestro centro comercial al aire libre. Usted será un miembro clave del equipo, asegurándose de que nuestras instalaciones permanezcan limpias, acogedoras y bien cuidadas durante todo el año. Responsabilidades del puesto:-Gestión de residuos: Vaciar los contenedores de basura y reciclaje en toda la propiedad y mantener limpias las áreas de recolección de desechos.
-Mantenimiento de superficies pavimentadas: Barrer pasillos, retirar escombros sueltos y limpiar a presión aceras, patios y zonas de descanso.
-Paisajismo estacional: Realizar tareas básicas de cuidado de plantas, como regar macetas, quitar malas hierbas y rastrillar hojas.
-Atención según las condiciones climáticas: Retirar la nieve de las vías peatonales y aplicar productos para derretir el hielo durante los meses de invierno.
-Inspección de la propiedad: Supervisar activamente las instalaciones e informar a la administración sobre problemas de mantenimiento, actos de vandalismo o riesgos de seguridad. Requisitos:
-Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre durante periodos prolongados y bajo cualquier condición climática.
-Resistencia física para permanecer de pie, caminar, agacharse y levantar de forma segura hasta 50 libras (aprox. 23 kg) durante toda la jornada laboral.
-Conocimiento básico de equipos de jardinería y limpieza (p. ej., sopladores de hojas, hidrolavadoras).
-Actitud amable y cordial al interactuar con los visitantes y los inquilinos del centro comercial.
-Disponibilidad flexible, incluyendo mañanas temprano, fines de semana y días festivos según sea necesario.
